Same-Different Concept Learning in Pigeons  
                    
Displays testing another type of conceptual rule beyond the generalized matching rule that we discussed in class. Pigeons trained in a same-different choice discrimination using these stimuli showed good transfer to novel exemplars of each class of displays, suggesting the use of a generalized rule in discriminating these displays.
